Saugus High School Tradition
The tradition of Saugus High School has been built through the hard work, dedication and character of our administrators, teachers and staff as well as the support and encouragement from friends, families, and our community partners.
The Centurion Foundation has just finished its 5th Fiscal Year in service to Saugus High School. We take great pride in what we’ve been able to accomplish over the last 5 years.
We’ve hit a unique milestone that we would like to share. We have passed the $250,000 mark in total donations to the Centurion Foundation.
A quarter of a million!
With only 2% overhead for office expenses and administrative costs – that figure amounts to over $220,000 straight back to the school, staff and students – with over $20,000 left in our reserves to spend in the coming year.
We are proud of what our volunteer board members have been able to add to the Saugus High School community and look forward to continuing our mission this coming year.
The cost of education is substantial and every year we get less and less funding from our federal and state resources and we depend on support from outside sources. We depend upon you and are grateful for your support!
“No one has ever become poor by giving.”
“It’s not how much we give but how much love we put into giving.”
“Behold I do not give lectures or a little charity, when I give I give myself.”
